Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company: 11Scientific
Location: India (Remote)
Employment Type: Part-Time
About the role
We are looking for a hungry, curious and business-minded Business Development Executive to help us grow our business in the US.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be handed leads and asked to follow up.
We want someone who enjoys creating opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our leadership team to:
• Identify and research potential US customers
• Find and connect with the right decision-makers
• Reach out through LinkedIn, email, calls, communities and partnerships
• Start conversations and really understand customer problems
• Generate and qualify good sales opportunities
• Demo and pitch our technology solutions
• Build relationships across healthcare, life sciences and the startup world.
• Try out different messaging and sales approaches to see what actually works.
• Help us build a repeatable sales engine from the ground up
Who are we looking for?
Someone with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, SDR/BDR, inside sales or business development.
You should be:
✓ Confident talking to US customers
✓ Comfortable picking up the phone, not just sending emails
✓ Determined and disciplined with follow-ups
✓ Good at research and finding the right people
✓ Curious about technology and software
✓ Comfortable working US hours from India
✓ Hungry to learn and grow
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, SaaS, startups or tech sales is a bonus.
Why this role is different
You won’t be joining a large sales machine.
You’ll help build one.
You will work closely with senior leadership, get real experience with US customers, software partnerships, healthcare, startups and tech, and have the opportunity to directly influence how we go to market.
We’re looking for potential, hunger and ownership – not 10 years of experience.
