About the Role

You will mainly work in Adobe Premiere, managing multiple projects at once while keeping quality high and meeting deadlines. While most of the work follows existing workflows, you’ll also get chances to help improve processes and grow your skills in motion graphics, animation, and sound design. This role is a great starting point to really master video editing, while slowly expanding into other areas of video and audio production.

Key job responsibilities

* Create and edit videos based on existing templates and creative direction

* Work on trailer cutdowns, H1 videos, multi-title assets, drop-ins, and other video deliverables

* Deliver high-quality video edits that meet business goals and deadlines

* Work collaboratively with producers, QA and stakeholders to coordinate deliverables

* Handle multiple project deadlines while keeping quality consistent

* Follow and maintain video templates and style guides

* Make creative choices to improve videos, within set guidelines

* Keep growing your skills in motion graphics, animation, and sound design

* Strong skills in Adobe Premiere and video editing tools

* Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

— Bachelor’s degree in film, media, production, marketing

— Have an available online portfolio

– – 3-5+ years experience as an editor in a creative agency or similar environment

– – Experience working in a creative agency or similar setup

– – Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

– – English skills at an intermediate-advanced (B2) level, written and spoken

– – 3+ years working with Adobe Premiere and After Effects

– – Experience managing digital assets or libraries, and researching good-quality files for projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

— Advanced knowledge of Adobe tools – Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/InDesign

— Familiar with design tools like Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

– – Project management experience

– – Motion graphics and/or video editing knowledge

– – Understanding of marketing and advertising basics

– – Familiarity with managing digital assets and media workflows
