Overview
Ladybird Web Solution is looking for a Fresher Graphic Designer who’s creative, has good ideas, and loves telling stories through design.
This position is open for fresher graphics designers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Fresher Only
- Candidate having Creative Thinking and an original approach
- A Fine art graduate
- Good at coming up with ideas, solving problems, and telling stories visually
Role & responsibilities:
- Designing digital marketing campaigns for social media, online ads
- Create banners and promotional posters.
- Logo design
- Brochure design
- Any other Graphic design work
Technologies you will work on:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Camtasia
Qualification/Interest
- Candidates from arts, design background preferred
- Candidates from good design schools preferred
- Candidates having interest in art, philosophy, sketching, drawing, photography, pottery, filmmaking, or similar creative fields

Other details

- Salary reviews and hikes happen every March, with changes applied from April.
- You need to complete at least 12 months to be eligible for a bonus or raise.

We’ll run a background check through a third party, so please have these ready for your final interview round:
- ID Proof – Aadhar card & PAN card
- Address proof
- 10th, 12th, diploma, graduation, and post-graduation certificates & marksheets
- Last 3 months’ salary slips from your previous company, plus an officially stamped bank statement
- Joining, hike, and relieving letters from all your previous jobs
