Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Documentation:
- Maintain and manage employee records, personal files, and HR documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
- Ensure proper documentation for new joiners, confirmations, transfers, and employee exits.
- Manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other employee-related documents.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation and system entries.
- Facilitate new joiner orientation and induction coordination.
- Support HR team in managing confirmation processes, contract renewals, and exit formalities.
3. HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and regularly update employee databases, HR trackers, and MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy of employee information and HR records across internal systems.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and data for internal stakeholders.
4. Payroll & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with the payroll team to provide accurate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance records, leave data, and other required information.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support the HR team in maintaining HR policies, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
5. Employee Support & Coordination
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and
- documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and timely resolution of employee requests.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and internal communication related to HR
- operations.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR Operations role (Employee Life Cycle)
- Must be a quick learner capable of adapting to internal HR tools and workflows rapidly.
Critical Soft Skills
- Extreme Attention to Detail
- Active Conflict Resolution: Ability to address employee grievances neutrally, empathetically, and discreetly.
- Time Management: Capacity to handle multiple overlapping administrative deadlines simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria’s:
- Travel/Commute: Candidates residing between Virar to Dadar are preferred due to daily operational requirements and shift timings.
- Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period of 7 to 15 days).
