Position Title
Executive – HR Operations
Position Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee master data, HR reports (MIS), CRM systems, and keeping workforce data accurate and well-organized. This role makes sure employee data is correct, reports are given on time, dashboards are kept updated, and support is given for HR analysis, budgeting, and tracking staff numbers.
Job Description:
HR Master Data Management
- Maintain and update employee master data across HR systems.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee records.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation activities.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Generate and publish periodic HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, vacancies, and manpower movement.
- Provide timely and accurate reports for HR, business leaders, and management reviews.
- Support preparation of presentations and workforce analytics reports.
HRMS & CRM System Management
- Manage HR CRM workflows & employee requests.
- Monitor turnaround times and ensure timely closure of employee queries.
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders for issue resolution and process compliance.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and user administration activities.
Process Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and data governance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance of employee information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Preferably B.Com) with PG in Human Resources.
Work Experience:
The right candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR MIS, or Data Management, with hands-on experience in managing employee master data, HRIS/CRM systems, MIS reporting, and preparing dashboards. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, pay close attention to detail, and be skilled in Excel and reporting tools.
Experience is needed in managing employee data, creating workforce reports, and making sure data stays accurate and well-managed. Strong coordination, the ability to work with different people involved, and skills in improving processes are important. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a bonus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRMS platforms.
- Good analytical and data management skills.
- Experience in HR MIS, reporting, CRM administration, and HR operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
