We need a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us grow in India and build strong ties with fashion brands and stores.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and target potential customers in fashion and retail.
- Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
- Build relationships with fashion brands, retailers, boutiques, D2C brands, garment manufacturers, and e-commerce businesses .
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right Ai Vastra solutions.
- Schedule and show product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet business goals.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process.
- Build long-term client relationships and find upselling opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, Fashion Technology, or E-commerce is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Target-driven and proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
