Minimum Experience – 3+ years in inside sales or something similar

Preferred Industry – Interior Design Firms,Real Estate, Ed tech,Retail, Automotive

Location: Bangalore, India

Role – Individual Contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build a solid pipeline and strong relationships with potential customers.
• Owning the experience every potential customer has, from their very first interaction with us.
• Hitting sales targets by working with a talented team of interior designers.
• Giving customers a world-class experience by genuinely caring about serving them well.
• The ideal candidate for this role you will managed customer relationships before, and run a sales team with clear targets.
• You should have a real track record of taking ownership, understanding customer problems, driving results, and moving fast to put ideas into action in a fast-paced environment.
• You should be a great communicator who can easily work with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales, consistently hitting monthly targets.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time well.

Qualifications:

• A graduate in any field (10+2+3 regular education)
• Minimum Experience – 3+ years in inside sales or similar
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
