Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Writer – someone who can think like a writer, work like a producer, and analyze like a growth marketer.
A professional who can shape content, build growth systems, and turn spiritual ideas into content that actually scales.
Who You Are
– A strategic storyteller with 3–6 years of experience in content creation, digital strategy, or media production.
– Deeply passionate about spirituality, meditation, psychology, and overall wellness.
– Able to connect ancient philosophy with modern digital culture.
– Skilled in creative direction, copywriting, scripting, and content lifecycle management.
– Comfortable with data, but also trusts their gut – you get both YouTube algorithms and human emotion.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Ideation
– Building content strategies specific to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
– Identify powerful themes (meditation, consciousness, energy science, ancient wisdom) and translate them into scalable content series.
– Map content journey from short discovery content to deeper, long-form app-based learning.
Writing & Scripting
– Writing thoughtful, insightful scripts for video, podcast, and social media.
– Create content structure like titles, hooks, CTAs – built to keep people watching.
– Keeping PMC Hindi’s tone consistent: spiritual, scientific, and relatable.
Research & Insights
– Doing deep research on spiritual science, psychology, and neuroscience.
– Monitor analytics across YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, and Google Trends to guide creative decisions.
– Collaborate with data and design teams to create storytelling backed by real insights.
Production & Collaboration
– Work closely with video editors, designers, and on-screen hosts to bring ideas to life.
– Managing the process from script to screen – making sure story, pacing, and visuals all match the brand’s goals.
– Contribute to creative campaign planning and content partnerships.
Required Skills
– 3–6 years of experience in digital content, creative strategy, or production (YouTube-first environment preferred).
– Strong Hindi skills (good English is a plus).
– Solid understanding of SEO, storytelling psychology, retention numbers, and story structure.
– Comfortable with fast content cycles – idea → script → production → publish → analyze.
– Awareness of current trends in wellness, mindfulness, and personal growth content.
