Credes is looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our team.

This is not a role where your job is simply to schedule posts. We want someone who really understands content, audiences, trends, brand positioning and platform behaviour and can turn all that into real, effective social media strategies.

You’ll work across Credes and our client brands, teaming up with clients, graphic designers, video editors and the wider team to plan, run and keep improving social media presence.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Developing social media strategies based on brand goals, audience and how each platform works.
• Planning monthly and weekly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Facebook.
• Creating content ideas, hooks, captions, copy and platform-specific content directions.
• Managing the whole content process – planning, coordination, scheduling, posting, all of it.
• Handling community engagement – comments, messages, interacting with followers.
• Coordinating with clients to understand what they need, get feedback, and manage approvals.
• Working with graphic designers and video editors by giving clear creative briefs.
• Researching trends, competitors, industry news and content opportunities.
• Tracking how social media is performing and preparing regular reports with real insights.
• Analysing what is working, what isn’t and continuously improving the content strategy.

Skills & Tools You Should Know

• Solid, practical experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook – understanding how content needs to change for each platform
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Strong copywriting skills – you know how to write engaging captions, hooks, calls-to-action, and social media text.
• You should have Basic design knowledge, comfortable with Canva. You don’t need to be a pro designer, but you should get layout, fonts, visual order, and what makes content visually effective.
• Comfortable using AI tools for brainstorming, improving content, research and idea generation. but, we don’t want someone who just copy-pastes AI content. Your own thinking, creativity and judgment should drive the final output.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination, and time-management skills.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

• You have 2+ years of real-world social media management experience.
• You have managed social media for brands or clients and can show real examples of your work.
• You understand the difference between just making content and actually building a strategy.
• You can independently take an idea, turn it into a content plan and get it executed.
• You are comfortable talking to clients and working with creative teams.
• You keep up with social media trends, but know when a trend actually makes sense for a specific brand.
• You can look at analytics and make decisions based on data not just likes and views.
• Most importantly, you take ownership. We want someone who brings ideas to the table instead of waiting for instructions.
