Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales with a strong background in SaaS sales and decent understanding of the finance. Ideally, you’ve got great communication and negotiation skills, and a real drive to make a noticeable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Creating and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Client Acquisition: Carefully understanding client needs and pitching MProfit’s offerings to give them the best solutions.
• High-Value Deals: Showing your ability to close big deals by engaging with and winning contracts from large, high-value clients.
• Highly Accountable: Taking full responsibility for managing client relationships, and go the extra mile to close deals successfully.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and what competitors are doing, to spot opportunities and risks.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to make sure sales efforts match company goals and customer needs.

Desired candidate profile:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills – able to explain complex info clearly and persuasively.
• 1-4 years of experience in business development.
• Comfortable with Sales CRMs such as Freshsales, LeadSquared, etc.
• Genuinely passionate about sales, and self-motivated.
