Role Overview
As VP of Sales, you will own revenue growth, sales strategy, pipeline development, and team performance. You will work closely with the founders to scale customer acquisition, improve sales processes, and build a high-performing sales organization.
You will primarily drive growth across our key markets in the United States, United Kingdom, and other English-speaking regions, working with marketing agencies, performance marketers, and business leaders.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Drive ARR and MRR growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build predictable and scalable revenue generation processes.
Sales Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.
Establish KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance discussions.
Recruit, train, and develop future sales talent.
Pipeline & Sales Operations
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Ensure CRM accuracy and sales process discipline.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and business insights.
Customer Acquisition
Drive outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
Build relationships with agency owners, marketing leaders, and key decision-makers.
Identify and close strategic growth opportunities.
Support enterprise and high-value customer deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Provide market insights and customer feedback.
Help refine product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
2+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in customer acquisition, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and metrics.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to marketing agencies.
Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Analytics, or Reporting Software.
Experience building outbound sales processes and teams.
Experience working with international customers and markets.
