About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development professional focused
exclusively on new client acquisition (hunting role). This role is dedicated to identifying,
engaging, and winning new logos across Global Markets. Unlike account management roles, this position is purely about opening new doors and driving fresh revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
• New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert new GCC clients in the Technology, Communication, and Media domains.
• Market Mapping: Research and analyze GCC landscape, decision-makers, and emerging opportunities.
• Consultative Selling: Position our solutions and services to address client pain points and strategic priorities.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities; ensure accurate forecasting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with senior executives (CXO level) and key influencers within target accounts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Solutions, Marketing) to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
• Revenue Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined execution.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 15+ years in business development or sales, Preferable within Global Markets
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and closing large
deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present
to senior stakeholders.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and deal structuring capabilities.
