We are hiring a highly experienced Lead / Senior Python Developer with mandatory expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF) to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development, REST API architecture, cloud deployment, database optimization, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively in a product-focused agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF)

– Build, optimize, and manage secure RESTful APIs for frontend systems, mobile applications, and third-party integrations

– Develop reusable, efficient, and maintainable backend architectures following best coding practices

– Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery

– Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, performance, and security

– Manage relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and query optimization

– Implement asynchronous processing, task scheduling, and background jobs using Celery or similar tools

– Ensure code quality through automated testing, debugging, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

– Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

– Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy standards are met
