We are looking for an Android IoT Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Android Application and SDK Development. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
The candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin, Android app development, custom SDK development, BLE/GATT communication, HTTPS-based cloud communication, API integration using Retrofit/OkHttp, and modern Android architecture such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
The role involves designing and developing Android applications for IoT devices, building and publishing custom Android SDKs, integrating with IoT hardware, ensuring secure device communication, optimizing performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, writing unit test cases, preparing code coverage reports, and maintaining proper SDK documentation.
The candidate should also have hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Play Store release process, JUnit, Sonar, Azure repositories, Jira/Azure task management, and strong debugging skills.
Behaviorally, the candidate should be collaborative, adaptable, customer-focused, passionate about clean code, and capable of mentoring junior developers.
