Key Responsibilities
– Source potential candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Foundit, and LinkedIn, as well as professional networks and social platforms.
– Review and screen resumes to identify candidates that match job requirements.
– Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
– Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
– Follow up with candidates during different stages of the recruitment process to ensure smooth communication.
– Post and manage job openings across multiple job portals and social media platforms.
– Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
– Assist in improving recruitment processes and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
