Key Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
– Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
– Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases
– Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave, and attendance policies
– Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
– Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to staff and management
– Assist with performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives
– Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards
– Prepare HR reports, records, and basic analytics for internal review
– Contribute to building a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture
