About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can also edit video – someone who can fully own how our brand looks across social media, ads, packaging, and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create scroll-stopping designs and videos that actually drive results for our fast-moving brand.
Compared to most graphic designer jobs at this level, this role offers full ownership from concept to final content. It is not just execution work.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media posts, paid ads, website banners, and packaging
- Shoot, edit, and produce short videos – reels, ad videos, product demos, and customer testimonials
- Create high-performing ad designs for Meta/Instagram, working closely with our performance marketing team
- Keep our brand’s look consistent and keep evolving it everywhere customers see us
- Handle content production from start to finish for our monthly content calendar
- Plan and guide product/lifestyle photo and video shoots
- Stay updated on design and video trends in the health and wellness space
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a bonus)
- A portfolio showing both design and video editing work – this is required
- Good understanding of what works well for online/e-commerce brands and social media
- Able to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Ready to work full-time
Good to Have
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Motion graphics experience
