Key Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Social Media
Portfolio: Mandatory
We’re looking for someone who can handle all our visual content – from simple image designs to short videos – for online (D2C) brands and their ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our media buying and content teams to create eye-catching, high-converting designs for Meta and Google Ads, plus social media.
Responsibilities
- Design ad creatives, banners, and social media posts for multiple client brands
- Edit short videos – reels, ad videos, UGC-style content — for both paid ads and organic posts
- Design and polish logos and brand visuals when needed
- Color grade and fix videos so everything looks clean and consistent
- Shoot or guide simple product/content shoots — getting the lighting, camera settings, and framing right
- Work with media buyers to tweak designs based on how ads are performing
- Keep every client’s visuals consistent with their brand
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Good with editing tools – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (CapCut is a bonus for short videos)
- Strong design sense – layout, fonts, spacing, and what should stand out
- Solid grasp of logo design basics and color correction/grading
- Previous experience at a marketing/digital agency – this one’s a must
- Basic understanding of camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance)
- A portfolio or reel showing both your design and video editing work
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience designing specifically for online/e-commerce brands
- Familiar with Facebook/Instagram ad formats and requirements
- Basic motion graphics/animation skills
- Own camera (DSLR/mirrorless) or shooting experience
