About the Role
Credes is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid role where you’ll work on real client and internal projects that actually shape the user experience.
If you love creating designs built around real user needs and know your way around Figma, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll get creative freedom, hands-on experience, and guidance from experienced designers.
You’ll be designing digital products, mapping out smooth user journeys, building clickable prototypes, and helping build a design system that grows with us. Your work will directly shape how users experience our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, easy-to-use interfaces for web and mobile apps
- Create user flows, wireframes, and detailed designs in Figma
- Build clickable prototypes to test and explain your design ideas
- Work with developers, product managers, and other teams
- Do user research and turn what you learn into real design solutions
- Help build and maintain our design system and reusable components
- Keep improving your designs based on feedback and testing
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and tools
What We’re Looking For
- Strong UI/UX skills with a good understanding of user-focused design principles
- Really solid Figma skills – design, prototyping, and design systems
- Background in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- At least 1 year of experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of layout, fonts, colors, and what should stand out
- Able to think through the full user experience and solve tricky problems
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time remotely
- Great communicator, open to feedback
- Bonus: experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or basic coding
