We’re on the lookout for a Lead UI/UX Designer with strong design skills and a deep understanding of user experience. If you pay attention to details, have a good sense of style, and love being creative, -this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
As the Lead UI/UX Designer for Noteshelf, you’ll help shape how millions of users use the app every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end design process – from start to finish.
- Collaborate with different teams to set product goals and create easy-to-use interfaces.
- Mentor and support a team of designers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs for mobile and tablet.
- Update and improve the design system for all features.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, platform standards, and tools.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- A strong portfolio that highlights good UX and clean UI – especially for mobile and tablet.
- Good understanding of design principles like typography, layout, spacing, icons, and color theory.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in graphic design and illustration is a plus.
- Interest in journaling, digital planning, or creative hobbies like art or sketching is a big plus!
