At YouTube For Brands, we‘ve spent 7 years helping Groww, Google, Wint Wealth, Motilal Oswal, Dezerv, InCred Finance and Zero1 by Zerodha grow on YouTube.

You‘ll design the visual system inside our videos – title cards, lower thirds, data and stat frames, backgrounds, end screens – and the branding around them: thumbnails, channel art, series identities. Our editors animate what you build, so it has to hold up in motion, at speed, on a phone.

What we‘re looking for

• 2–3 years of design experience, ideally on YouTube-first content

• Strong typography, visual order and layout skills – readable small and at speed

• Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Ability to build a reusable design template that a brand can use across dozens of videos

• Comfort turning finance and business ideas into simple visuals

• Able to work inside a client‘s brand guidelines, just as well as outside them.

Good to have:

After Effects, thumbnail testing and CTR knowledge, experience building brand identities from scratch.

Shortlisted candidates get a short assignment.
