NAVIS Human Resources is looking for a creative, enthusiastic designer who can do many different things. You’ll mostly make interesting videos, like reels, promo videos, social media edits, and stories told with video and sound. You’ll also help with design work like posters and banners, and with shooting photos and videos at events.
Motion and Video
- Make moving graphics, animations, and special effects for videos, reels, and other content
- Edit and produce videos, including cutting clips, fixing colors, matching sound, adding smooth transitions, and making visuals look better
- Work closely with the marketing and management team on video ideas for social media and campaigns
Event Recording
- Take photos and videos at company events, and make sure they look professional
- Edit and make event videos and short highlight videos after each event
Static and Animated Design
- Design static and animated visuals, including posters, brochures, banners, and digital ads
Behind the Scenes
- Look after video files and the media folder, and make sure work is delivered on time
- Work with teams from other departments to reach creative and marketing goals
- Keep up with the latest video trends, animation ways, and what works on each social media platform
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of real experience in motion graphics, video editing, or similar work
- Good skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or similar tools)
- Sound editing skills and an understanding of balancing sounds
- Experience fixing and setting colors and the steps of editing after filming
- Basic knowledge of professional cameras for photos and videos
- A creative eye for design, fonts, color, and layout
- Able to work in a quick-moving place and meet deadlines
- Good communication and happy to take feedback
