Role Overview
You’ll plan and run Ground Zero’s social media, day to day. Your job is to get more people talking, sharing, and interacting with us, and to help our work reach more people.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Make a complete social media plan that fits Ground Zero’s goals, and carry it out
- Pick, create, and schedule interesting posts that match our brand across different platforms
- Watch social media trends, check how our posts are doing, and share ideas to improve
- Work with our communication teams so social media supports our bigger campaigns
- Grow our followers, get more interaction, and help people feel good about our brand
Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or something similar
- Experience: 3–4 years of real social media experience, including running campaigns that worked
- Skills: Comfortable with social media tools and data, good at creating and choosing content, strong speaking and writing skills, and able to adjust quickly in a fast-moving workplace
