Role Responsibilities
- Create clear, specific grading guidelines for data science work — like data analysis, statistical models, machine learning pipelines, and technical reports
- Review AI-generated or human-created work to check its quality and accuracy
- Write clear explanations for your evaluations and scores, so everything stays transparent
- Use consistent, fact-based judgment so your evaluations are reliable and easy to explain
- Use feedback from senior reviewers to keep improving the work you review
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1+ years of real data science work experience
- Experience at a top tech, research, or data-focused company
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- Excellent writing skills — able to clearly explain technical findings
- Careful, detail-oriented, and consistent when evaluating complex work
