About the Role
Techmagnate is looking for a creative and detail-focused Sr. Graphics Designer to join our growing marketing team. Basically, you’ll be working on digital campaigns, social media content, and brand stuff for a bunch of different clients. If you’re someone who thinks in visuals, works fast, and actually cares about doing good work – this one’s for you.
What You Actually Will Do
- Designing both static and motion content for digital campaigns, social media, and paid ads.
- Work with the content, SEO, and sales teams to make sure everything looks consistent.
- Building and maintain visual systems and brand guidelines for client accounts.
- Taking briefs and turning them into strong, on-brand designs, without needing a ton of back-and-forth revisions.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a digital agency.
- Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Bonus if you know After Effects or any motion design tool.
- A portfolio that shows you can do digital, social, and brand design – not just one thing.
- You get how digital marketing works, and know the design requirements are different for each platform.
- Ability to work independently and actually own your creative work.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI design tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly.
- Some experience with performance marketing creatives and A/B testing visuals.
- Basic know-how of UI/UX.
Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
Location: Delhi NCR (New Delhi)
