Your Mission
- Think, debate, analyze, plan, and keep improving.
- Be open-minded for feedback and criticism without losing motivation
- Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps as per our standards and client needs
- Design effort level scoping (effort, scope, and proposals)
- Have a sharp eye for design basics — layout, alignment, visuals, and more
- Make sure work is delivered on time and at a high standard
- Really understand your clients and users
- Apply thoughtful design thinking to real problems
- Have a good sense for simplicity and ease of use
Superpowers You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of UX approaches and methods – research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing and prototyping.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to mentor designers on the latest design trends
- Able to review Your team’s work and keep a positive team spirit
- Full ownership of your team and their output
- Comfortable working independently, while also motivating your team to take ownership of their own work
- A good sense of humor — and plenty of it!
Salary: ₹5.2 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA
