Key job responsibilities
– Design smooth, creative payment experiences across different parts of Amazon Pay — Rewards, Automatic Payments, Post-Transaction Experience, and Bill Payments
– Build and maintain reusable design systems that work across different payment scenarios, following Amazon’s design standards
– Use data and user research to guide your design decisions — because at Amazon, we measure everything
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs that clearly communicate your ideas throughout the whole product journey
– Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and organizational leaders to ideate and deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers and partners.
– Champion Amazon’s customer-first approach by standing up for user needs and turning insights into real design solutions
– Contribute to research studies to better understand how people use digital payments — their behaviors, needs, and motivations
– Work with teams across Amazon to make sure designs are consistent and aligned with bigger company goals
