ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual and multimedia
content for our IT services business and SaaS-based ticketing platform for event organizers. You will
design engaging posts, banners, marketing creatives, product visuals, and videos that strengthen brand
presence, support project-based client requirements, and communicate product value clearly across
digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create social media posts, banners, ads, product creatives, presentations, and marketing visuals for IT services and SaaS ticketing platform campaigns.
• Design and edit videos, reels, product explainers, and event-focused promotional content.
• Work with marketing, product, sales, and project teams to understand creative requirements and deliver suitable designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing creatives.
• Use AI tools to enhance image editing, video editing, creative concepts, and faster content production.
• Manage multiple creative tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, film production, or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an IT, SaaS, digital agency, or projectbased company.
• Strong skills in posts, banners, marketing creatives, product graphics, presentations, and video editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
• Good knowledge of AI-based design and video editing tools.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, layout, and video production.
• Good communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
