About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Head to lead and scale our high-performance B2C sales organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building and managing large sales teams, driving revenue growth, and owning business P&L. This role requires a strategic leader who has successfully built and managed ₹500+ Crore revenue portfolios and has extensive experience in travel, e-commerce, BPO, or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete Sales P&L and drive revenue growth across assigned business verticals, regions, or destination categories.
- Build and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and scale a ₹500+ Crore business portfolio while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Monitor business metrics including revenue, conversion, profitability, booking value, and sales productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Consultants.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Improve sales funnel efficiency, lead management, response TAT, and conversions.
- Conduct performance reviews, call audits, and coaching sessions.
- Drive up-selling, cross-selling, and customer lifetime value initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Handle high-value customer escalations and lead Voice of Customer reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and service quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in Travel, E-commerce, BPO, Hospitality, Consumer Internet, or other target-driven sales organizations.
- Proven success in building and managing ₹500+ Crore business portfolios.
- Experience leading large sales teams with multiple reporting levels.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Expertise in inside sales, consultative selling, and sales operations.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Compensation
• CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA (based on experience and current compensation).
