- Create high-quality designs for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and brand stuff
- Edit fun, engaging videos – reels, promotional conten, product videos, all of it
- Design creatives for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams on campaign needs
- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, and effects to videos
- Make sure everything looks consistent with our brand – every post, every video
- Adjust content depending on the audience – whether it’s for India or international viewers
- Keep an eye on the latest design and video trends
Required Skills:
- Good with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Figma
- Solid video editing skills – color correction, transitions, and storytelling
- Understand design basics – layout, fonts, and branding
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mind with a sharp eye for detail
Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech / startup / digital marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video content
- Experience creating performance marketing ads and promotional videos
- A strong portfolio showing both your design and video editing work
