About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems. You’ll use your product management skills to review AI-generated content, specs, and documentation. No AI experience needed!
This is purely a review and evaluation role — it does not involve managing roadmaps, handling delivery, running sprints, leading stakeholders, or program management. You just need solid product management/ownership experience.
Scope of Work
- Review and compare AI-generated specs, release notes, user-facing content, and stakeholder messages
- Check responses for clarity, accuracy, tone, usefulness, and whether they follow instructions
- Give detailed reasoning and useful feedback for each review
- Identify content that sounds good but doesn’t actually answer the real question or need
- Catch factual errors, inconsistencies, or anything that doesn’t follow the given instructions
- Work with project managers and other reviewers online (not necessarily at the same time) to keep reviews accurate and consistent
Preferred Qualifications
- Real experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Fluent, native-level English with excellent writing skills
- Experience creating or reviewing product requirement docs, specs, acceptance criteria, release notes, or decision documents
- Able to evaluate content meant for technical teams, executives, and everyday users
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and written feedback skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines remotely
- Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or annotation is a bonus — but not required
