Position Overview
What’s the Role About?
This role is about bringing in more target customers across business installment loan categories. Your job as a Sales Manager is to bring in new business from the open market and build a strong network of direct sales partners.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for bringing in new business from the open market.
- You should have a strong network of sales partners in the market – at least 10 sales partners you regularly work with.
- Strong at managing sales partners and bringing new ones onto the approved list.
Your Skills and Experience
- Detailed knowledge of the product and policies.
- Good communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Stay up to date on the market
- Awareness of what competitors are doing.
