About the Role
3minds is looking for a excited Motion Graphic Design Intern who has a basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing and is genuinely keen to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.
As an intern, you will work alongside our creative team making engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and client projects, while getting real, hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools and AI creative tools.
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience: Fresher/Internship (0–6 months)
Duration: 3–6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Helping create motion graphic, animated videos, and digital content for different platforms.
- Design simple animations, text animations, logo animations, and social media content.
- Support the team in editing videos by adding graphic, transitions, captions, music, and sound effects.
- Create reels, promotional videos, and short content for digital platforms.
- Taking inspiration from existing videos and recreate similar animation styles.
- Helping put together storyboards and visual ideas for creative projects.
- Organize project files and maintain design assets.
- Using feedback from the creative team to improve your work.
- Learning and exploring AI tools to work faster and smarter.
- Keeping up with the latest motion graphics and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of motion design basics , typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Good at recreating references with attention to detail.
- Good communication and Ready to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of AI creative tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media content formats.
- Experience working on college projects, freelance work, or personal creative projects.
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma.
- Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
