We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to make fun animations and videos for our online ads and social media campaigns. In this role, you’ll bring marketing into exciting motion and video content. If you work well in a busy setting and enjoy telling stories with visuals, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Your main focus will be creating motion and video content for our ads and marketing projects, while working closely with the creative and marketing teams.

Salary: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
Motion Graphics & Video Responsibilities
- Make animated content for paid social media, display ads, teaser videos, and online campaigns.
- Edit short videos, like teaser videos, using Adobe Premiere Pro for marketing.
- Create and edit videos for internal communication when needed.
- Work with writers, designers, and other teams to make fun engaging campaigns
- Help create campaigns for both U.S. and Latin American audiences.
- Save and adjust files for web, mobile, and social media.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in motion design or animation, focused on digital ads and marketing.
- Expert in Adobe After Effects, including using expressions, motion basics, and making templates.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Good understanding of exporting, compressing, and optimizing video and animation files for web and social platforms.
- Experience making animations for paid ads, like social media ads, display banners, and emails.
- Able to work alone and with remote teams in different time zones.
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual design.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding with AI tools for improving creative work (e.g., AI-assisted motion or automation).
- Experience in 3D or new motion technologies.
- Experience with sound design or audio editing for videos is a plus.
- Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator for creating content to animate.
