Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our People Development Operations Team within a global HR organization. In this role, you will:

• Own training administration and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery of programs across regions.
• Act as a key contact for the people involved, managing HR processes dependably.
• Support training sessions both on-site and virtual- handling setup, coordination, and helping participants.
• Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast-paced international HR environment.
• Travel flexibly between offices and external venues to support training and development activities.

 Key Responsibilities

• Managing the whole training process – logistics, schedules, participants, trainers, and materials.
• Running training sessions on-site and virtually, acting as the main point of contact and providing support.
• Maintain training records and documentation with accuracy, while continuously improving reporting standards.
• Coordinate globally across HR and L&D teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency in training operations and HR administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Any Graduate/master’s degree
• Total 1-3 years of experience in Training and Development role.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Good at working with people involved, with excellent people and communication skills.
• Good Organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A sense of professional responsibility and a team-focused mindset in a global setting.
• Independent priority management in fast-paced, international settings.
