About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who sees design as more than just visuals, someone who can translate abstract ideas into sharp, meaningful creative work.
At Maayasthra, you’ll work on highly visible brand content across digital platforms, trying bold new creative ideas while keeping a consistent design style.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually strong, idea-driven designs that communicate ideas clearly
- Showing a strong sense of fonts, layout, and visual order in everything you make.
- Trying bold creative ideas while staying true to the brand’s identity
- Develop flexible design solutions across different formats and situations
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life clearly
- Improving quickly while keeping design quality high
- Stay updated with design trends and tools, and apply them thoughtfully
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio)
- A solid portfolio showing a range of design work across styles and formats
- Good with Photoshop or Illustrator, and Figma – this one’s required
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual order
- Able to take ownership and deliver independently
Additional Preferences
- Experience working with brand guidelines or structured design systems
- Comfortable exploring and experimenting with AI tools in your design process
- Good at explaining your design choices – the “why” behind them.
- Someone who’s always learning and actively improving their skills.
