Position: Graphic Designer – Branding, Digital & Motion Design

Idea to Edit

We’re an advertising and production agency – our client-facing and Production team based in Atlanta, Georgia, and our pre-production and post-production team based in Gandhinagar, India.

Most of our work is for American manufacturing and industrial brands, making ads that feels modern, clean, and smartly planned. Our clients include companies that make spray-on truck bedliners, American-made drill bits, industrial coatings, and other products for skilled trades. We also work with a leading jewelry retailer in Atlanta, creating campaigns for the Indian-American community.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for coming up with fresh visual ideas. We really value designers who can think through fonts, layout, color, and storytelling.

Your work will include:

• Brand identity and visual assets
• Social media campaigns
• Digital ads
• Posters and marketing materials
• Photo editing, retouching, and blending
• Motion graphics and simple animations
• Print design

We’re Looking For

• A positive, fun, and easy-to-work-with attitude. Our team spends a lot of time together, so personality matters.
• 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio that shows real client work
• Great understanding of layout, typography, and color
• A modern design style with solid poster and campaign work
• Experience with photo editing and high-end retouching
• Proficiency in:

-Adobe Photoshop

-Adobe Illustrator

-Adobe Lightroom

-Adobe After Effects

-Adobe Premiere Pro

-Canva! lol!

• Basic to mid-level motion graphics skills.
• Understanding of both digital and print production
• Based in Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad, or willing to move.

Compensation

• ₹35,000+ per month, (depending on experience and portfolio)
• Paid twice a month
• Full-time, in-office role
