Role Description
The AI Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content, applying AI-assisted tools to enhance workflows, and performing color grading to achieve consistent visual aesthetics. The position includes designing and animating motion graphics, creating visual elements that align with brand guidelines, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards and visual concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple video projects, optimizing content for various digital platforms, maintaining organized asset libraries, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos and graphics.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including familiarity with professional editing software and AI-based editing tools.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall quality of footage.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics design for creating animations, titles, and visual elements.
- Understanding of digital content formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., social media, web, and presentations).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop visual narratives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Animation, Design, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a studio, agency, or production environment is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing video editing and motion design work is required.
