ThinkB Creative Agency is looking for a highly creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Bangalore.

What You Will Do
• Design creative social media posts, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
• Create branding materials, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Design website banners, landing page assets, and digital creatives
• Work on motion graphics and basic video editing (preferred)
• Work with content, marketing, and video teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns
• Keep the brand look consistent across all digital and print interfaces
Skills We’re Looking For:
• Good understanding of layout, type, colour theory, and visual flow
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a bonus
• Experience creating content made for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Ability to come up with original ideas and turn briefs into strong visuals
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects on time
Must Have:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
✔ Strong portfolio showing branding, social media creatives, digital campaigns, and marketing designs (Required)
✔ Great creativity and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
