Your Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media creatives for multiple brands.
- Create 7–8 creatives per day while maintaining quality.
- Design posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails and ad creatives.
- Convert campaign ideas into visually engaging creatives.
- Create motion graphics for social media wherever required.
- Generate AI-assisted design references and concepts.
- Follow Treva’s workflow.
- Organise design assets and maintain design consistency.
- Create engaging content for Treva’s own social media.
- Measure the Performance of each Creative
Must-Have Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Basic After Effects / Motion Graphics
- AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, etc.)
- Good typography and layout skills
- Strong understanding of branding
