About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru, India. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned communication assets across digital and print platforms. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, maintain design consistency, and deliver high-quality visual communication materials.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design graphics for both print and digital media, including social media creatives, website assets, presentations, brochures, email templates, advertisements, and graphic assets for videos.

– Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and cross-functional teams/members to execute creative concepts and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

– Coordinate with different teams and departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

– Edit and refine designs based on internal feedback and stakeholder inputs.

– Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials.

– Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-driven creative solutions.

– Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

– 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and UI/UX.

– A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of digital and print work.

– Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and direction as well as initiative when needed.

– Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a team environment.

– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

– Awareness of emerging design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

– Prior experience in the healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or technology industry is an added advantage.
