Role summary:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Video Editor & Motion Graphics

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, India

Total experience: Graduate in Animation, Visual Communication, Film, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.

Traineeship Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (subject to 10% TDS deduction)

Role Overview

Dentsu Creative India is looking for a passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Video Editor & Motion Graphics team. If you love storytelling and visuals, this is your opportunity to learn from experts and work on real brand projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and transitions in After Effects.
• Collaborate with design teams to make engaging video content.
• Organize footage and manage project files.

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A creative mindset with a good sense of timing, rhythm, and design.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Understanding short videos, colour grading, and motion graphics basics.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate in Animation, Visual Communication, Film, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.

• A portfolio/sample reel showing editing, motion graphics, animation, or creative video work is preferred.
• Good understanding of layout, fonts, transitions, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, Ready to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced agency.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, or digital content – through internships, academic projects, or freelance work.
