Job Purpose

We need an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Services team. This role is great for someone who works well in a busy, global setting and likes to help leaders with practical HR solutions.

As an HR Advisor, you will support managers and employees by giving advice on employee relations, laws, HR policies, and practices in different countries. You will manage complex employee issues, support organizational and work to improve the employee experience while making our operations better.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees to provide expert HR advice on employee relations, HR policies, and laws.
• Manage complex employee cases on your own, including issues like discipline, complaints, performance, and layoffs.
• Make sure HR decisions follow the law, commercially balanced and are fair, and match company policies.
• Support Country Leads and fill in for them when they are absent to keep HR support going.
• Work with HR Business Partners, Global Service Delivery, and other teams to provide smooth HR services.
• Support the implementation of global HR projects and changes while following local laws.
• Look for ways to improve and simplify HR processes.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify recurring issues and fix ongoing issues.
• Spot and reduce risks in employee relations and compliance.
• Promote a positive employee experience and support a strong, inclusive culture.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in HR advice or employee relations.
• Good knowledge of employment law and labour legislation.
• Experience managing complex employee issues on your own. .
• Great at managing relationships and influencing others.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance business needs and employee outcomes.
• Experience in helping with changes in the organization and improving processes.
• Focused on making things better and standardizing work.
• Ability to work in a global, matrix environment.
• Can influence decisions about people in different countries.
• Lead important employee relations and change projects.
• Works to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborates with skilled HR professionals worldwide.
• Grows your skills in a changing international setting.
• 10 years of experience in core HR operations.
• Previous work in compliance or audit-heavy jobs is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
