About the Role

We are looking for a Graphics Designer to join our Delhi office. You will work in two areas – creating visuals for our clients (pet care brands we manage) and building creative work for Puppy Atlas’s brand and business growth.

This is a hands-on role. You will be creating real work for live campaigns from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media content – regular posts, carousels, and story formats for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, across multiple client brands.
• Create ad content for Meta Ads and Google Display campaigns – product ads, offer banners, and retargeting visuals.
• Work on product images, background removal, image editing, and lifestyle mockups for e-commerce sites (Shopify, Blinkit, Tata 1mg).
• Design email marketing templates, WhatsApp campaign banners, and newsletter layouts.
• Build presentation and performance report documents for client accounts.
• Create festive and seasonal campaign content for the Indian marketing calendar.
• Follow each client’s brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and tone style.
• Design and maintain all Puppy Atlas marketing materials – social media content, company profile decks, and agency website visuals.
• Create business proposals, documents, and pitch presentations to win new clients.
• Build an Organize library of creative work for Puppy Atlas and all client.
• Design event materials like standees, banners, and on-site materials for agency events.
• Support leadership with design needs, including investor decks and partnership documents.

Required Skills

• Must know Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good at using Canva Pro
• Understanding of social media content formats for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Know about fonts, color theory, layout, and visual order.
• Can handle multiple design projects across different brands at the same time.
• Meet deadlines and take feedback professionally.

Good to Have

• Experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush for short videos and Reels.
• Knowledge of AI design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
• Experience in a marketing agency.
• Understanding of performance marketing design for Meta Ads and Google Display.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI for website banners and e-commerce visuals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong portfolios may be considered even without formal qualifications.
• 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Agency experience is a strong plus – candidates who have managed multiple brand accounts will be given preference.
• Freshers with an strong portfolio and strong tool skills may also apply.

Employment Details

• Location: New Delhi, India (On-Site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Reports To: Creative Head / Account Manager
• Notice Period: 30 days, or candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
