Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru who enjoys making visuals that work well.
You’ll be responsible for designing engaging content for social media, paid ads, brand identities, marketing campaigns, and creator-led content. This role is perfect for someone who understands that good design should attract attention and help businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality content for social media like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create ad content built for performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop branding elements including logos, color systems, fonts, and brand guidelines.
- Design marketing materials, presentations, banners, and campaign content.
- Work with the content, video, and performance marketing teams.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, platform updates, and good creative practices.
- Keep consistency across multiple client brands while bringing fresh creative ideas.
Skills & Qualification
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, color theory, fonts, and layout.
- Ability to balance good looks with performance-focused design.
- Good understanding of social media design trends and how users behave.
- Knowledge of ads content and what makes visuals perform well.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design is preferred.
- New graduates and Freshers with a strong portfolio and creative skills are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and keep improving your skills.
