Role Description 

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that support brand identity, marketing campaigns, and digital communication for Tyche Media and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and brand guidelines, as well as selecting typography and visual styles that align with each brand’s strategy. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and strategy teams to translate client requirements into clear, impactful designs, while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for print and digital use, refine designs based on feedback, and stay updated on design trends and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

– Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for brands and campaigns.

– Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development of brand identities and visual guidelines.

– Solid understanding of Typography and its application to digital and print layouts.

– Ability to use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).

– Relevant experience in agency or in-house design environments, preferably in branding or marketing.

– Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

– Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
