Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Graphic Designer at Decode Mediacom, Ahmedabad candidates only. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually striking designs that connect with our clients’ audiences. This role needs a mix of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player who stays up to date with the latest design trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fresh, original designs for digital platforms, including social media creatives, ads, infographics, and web graphics.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver well-connected campaigns.
- Create designs that match the brand and improve storytelling and audience interest.
- Adjust designs for different platforms while keeping the brand look consistent.
- Support video production teams with motion graphics and visual elements when needed.
- Keep researching new design techniques, software, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW.
- Strong creative portfolio showing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
