Key Responsibilities

• Handle all the design work for Ahlan Palmshore – basically everything.
• Plan and prepare festival and special-day designs in advance.
• Design posters, offers, menus, banners, standees, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Stay in touch with all 7+ branches and handle their design needs.
• Work with outside printing vendors to get things printed and delivered.
• Make sure everything looks consistent across all branches
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Keep your design files organized and deliver everything on time
• Work closely with the Creative Lead for feedback, fixes, and final approval
• Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Compared to most graphic designer jobs in Chennai, this role gives you more influence. You will help build the hospitality brand’s full visual identity. Your work will be used across all branches. Not just one outlet.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of graphic design experience
• Experience in restaurants or hospitality is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiar with Canva or similar tools
• Comfortable designing for both online and print
• Great communication, coordination, and time management
• Solid understanding of fonts, layout, colors, and what should stand out in a design
• Creative, and able to handle multiple branches on your own
