About the Opportunity

This is for experienced Accountants and Auditors with skill in financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, auditing, financial modeling, Excel, internal controls, and tax compliance – to help with advanced AI training and evaluation projects.

You’ll use your financial expertise to review and evaluate financial statements, financial models, audit procedures, tax documents, and accounting materials – while giving organized feedback to help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and performance of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your accounting expertise, audit experience, financial analysis skills, and attention to detail are the main things needed to succeed here.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and following GAAP or IFRS rules.
• Build, review, and check financial models using advanced Excel functions and analysis methods.
• Evaluate audit procedures, internal controls, and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze tax documents and checking they match relevant regulations.
• Prepare detailed written reports summarizing your financial findings, analysis, and recommendations.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial and accounting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional standards.
• Contribute realistic financial scenarios, accounting case studies, and evaluation materials to support AI training.
• Giving clear, helpful feedback on financial reporting, accounting practices, and audit methods.
• Working with project teams to keep financial accuracy, consistency, and quality high.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting standards.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
• Shown experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for different organizations.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reasoning skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, CA, or similar professional accounting certification.
• Experience with financial reporting, external or internal audit, tax compliance, or accounting services.
• Experience working with complex financial models and advanced Excel functions.
• Background in process improvement, financial technology, or tech-driven finance projects.
• Comfortable with AI, machine learning, financial data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
• Experience building financial evaluation systems, quality assurance processes, or accounting training materials.
• Strong understanding of international accounting and reporting requirements.

Compensation

• Competitive pay of $60–$75/hour.
