Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and set up applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with different teams to understand their needs, building solutions that match with business goals, and making sure that applications are optimized well and are easy to use. You will also solve problems, support and improve existing applications, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME.
– Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
– Being responsible for team decisions.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
– Solving problems for your own team and across other teams too.
– Leading knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Good skill in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
– Strong understanding of application development methods.
– Experience with integration of Salesforce with other platforms.
– Comfortable with Agile development practices.
– Able to identify and fix application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
– The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
